Inlet Beach Updates

We began Phase 2 called the Distribution Phase on May 1, 2025 after closing on selling our operational assets to Regional Utilities. As discussed in detail during our last Annual Meeting, Phase 2 consists of hiring legal, tax, and accounting professionals to close operational accounting records and to prepare tax returns for our year ended June 30, 2025, and design a distribution plan for the net margins. 

We are pleased to announce that on March 6, 2026, the Board of Directors approved the first distribution and the return of patronage and membership fees based on the recommendations from legal, tax, and accounting professionals experienced in cooperative distributions.  Please ensure that your contact information is up to date so that you receive all communications regarding future distributions and your 1099 form can be sent to the correct address.
