Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting will be held at 10AM on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the Grande Pointe Pavilion in Inlet Beach, FL. We encourage the Inlet Beach community to attend this meeting to stay informed and elect (3) board members. 

If you are unable to attend the meeting then please complete a Power-of-attorney Form that will allow Nancy Jones or her designee to vote on your behalf for any critical matters including the election of three board members. You can stop by the IBWS office during business hours to sign this form and have it notarized or print the POA Form - Nancy Jones then get it notarized and sent in prior to the meeting. 

About Nancy Jones

Nancy has lived part-time in her beach home located on Pompano Street in Inlet Beach for 53 years. She lost her husband, Dr. Patrick Jones some four years ago who was well known in our Inlet Beach community. In 1995, Patrick was one of the founders of the Historic Inlet Beach Neighborhood Association and served as its president for many years. Patrick was also active in the Inlet Beach Water Company, Inc. having served as its president and board of directors for many years. Nancy was always at Patrick’s side and knows a lot about both organizations. She shares her time at Inlet Beach and Dothan, Alabama. She will serve you well as your power-of-attorney representative.
